Full credit has to go to Andy Murray, love him or hate him, he's played some top top tennis so far in the Australian Open, and well deserves his place in the final.

It wont be easy, either Federer or Tsonga (who play tomorrow), personally I would like to see Tsonga in the final, nothing against Federer, I just think with Murray and Tsonga running for every ball, and playing some electric tennis, it will be a very good match.

Aussie Final - Sunday 8.30am GMT

if you want to see electric tennis you probably want to watch the greatest player ever to play the game in the final. However i agree Murray deserves his place in the final and would stand ever chance against Tsonga.

Oh my word, was that a Semi Final or an exhibition game?

Both players will be fresh, and raring to go, I don't think Murray will just roll over this time, he seems to have more array of shots now, and his risk taking is probably the best out there so far!

His only major let down at the moment is his first serve, but other than that, I can see much of a chink in his armour!

I'm hoping for a 5 setter, Federer to be 2 sets up and 40-0 match point, and lose the lot!lol.

he was outplayed today but i do think he'll win a slam unlike a lot of people, good news for him i expect Federer to call it a day probably in 2012, bad news is that whilst he is still around on todays showing he has plenty more slams left in him.

A lot will depend on how fit Nadal and Del Potro can keep themselves. They both have the ability and belief to beat the Swiss Big-Head in major finals, whereas Murray at this particular moment does not.Although I expect that to chenge within the next year or so.

It shows what a great player Federer is when he was 5-2 down in the third and won the match in that set on a tie break.
Murray will have his day in the future and as for Federer...how much longer will he go on dominating..?

Someone asked me yesterday about Andy Murray because they were predominantly reporting him here in Oz as a Brit, and the person here said I thought he was Scottish not English. Lots of people here use British and English interchangeably, not aware that you can be British without being English. He then asked me if that was the case, after the loss in the final, did the press in England stop referring to him as the great British hope, and start referring to him as the loser from Scotland. I said i didn't think the English Press were that lame and not even the Australian press (who can be pretty obnoxious at times) would stoop that low.
